Postage costs
Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands and New zealand.

If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such error. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email info@adore-fashion.com with the subject “Order confirmation not received ” and a member of our team will contact you.
For custom orders, we will contact you separately to ensure the necessary adjustments have been made. These items will not be processed and shipped until we have received the necessary adjustments.
How can I check the status of my order?
Track your order with the tracking number we will email you. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email info@adore-fashion.com and we will assist you further.
