Important information

  • You have 30 days to request your return.
  • Up to 14 days to process refunds.
  • No restocking fees.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Backproces

Received your package and want to return some or all of the items for whatever reason? No problem! Contact us within 30 days at info@adore-fashion.com to initiate the return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

First of all, please understand that the items have to be in a certain condition - most importantly, we are not a place where you rent stuff; you can try it on and that's it. No signs of use, no damage (of course), original tags must still be attached.

Please contact us at info@adore-fashion.com to initiate the return. If you ship the package without consulting us first, you may as well have sent it overseas - we have no idea what it is and will probably just throw it away.

Use a shipping service that has a tracking number, because nobody wants their package to get lost, right?

Refunds

When we actually receive your package, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then you can crack open a cold beer (or several, actually) because it can take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your money. You’ll see it on the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

Cancellations

Did something come up and you want to cancel? We can certainly do that! Just let us know at info@adore-fashion.com and make sure you do this before we ship the order (usually 1-2 days). If you are too late, don't worry - you can still return it, but you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Wrong/damaged items

Oh dear. The package arrived, but something is wrong? Usually it is a mistake on our side - that we packed the wrong size or a different color.

Please contact us at info@adore-fashion.com within 24 hours of receiving your package . Include photos, your order number, and let us know what's wrong - we'll do our best to fix it.
